I think there’s a lot of truth in that. I took my Planet Ocean to their Southampton service centre (bugger to find on an industrial site). They noticed a flaw in the crystal which I hadn’t noticed and changed it free of charge.
I was wondering if you could go direct to the service centre as it's only a few miles from me. Seems pointless going to an AD for them to ship it the few miles.

Well, there's one way to find out I suppose :silent: I'd want to but I can equally imagine how covid precautions could have created a "locked door" policy sending you down the road to the AD. Aye, go on, please have a go. :thumbup: :thumbup:
