Hi,
Just found this really nice watch on the Ernest Jones website
http://www.ernestjones.co.uk/webstore/detail/R/5735726/
I was just wondering if anyone knows if this is a good price for this watch and whether there is somewhere i can get it cheaper?
Its an Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean stainless steel men's watch btw.
Thanks

Re: Omega Seamaster Planet Ocean Watch
Hi David and welcome.
Daz is right you should be able to do better then that.
Best thing is to do a lot of internet research before you purchase.
You should be able to get a new one a bit cheaper but there a few good secondhand dealers out there to.
Second hand from a reputable dealer is good but a watch of that quality you may only save about £500 .£600 on new.
I have dealt with this company and are very good, may not have what your looking for just yet but something else may catch your eye.
Hope this helps

Welcome to the "Asylum" David. I agree that you should be able to do better. Never buy until you have looked around extensively. An impulse buy on a watch can be costly.

You should play your local AD's off each other and be patient, tell them the price your prepared to buy at and one of them will eventually meet it. A minimum discount of at least 25% on an Omega should be more than achievable.
Good Luck, its a nice timepiece.
