Re: Non CW of the Day
At one time, I had four Bremonts, U22-BZ, Supermarine S2000, #ProjectPossible and a Supermarine S500 Bamford SE.
Now I'm down to just the one, an ALT1-ZT BL (Mr Porter) LE, being worn for this morning and now this evening.

Re: Non CW of the Day
In my infinite wisdom I sold all my Moonswatches and then spent some of that money on overpriced Velcro Omega straps to make the Speedy Pro look like a Moonswatch…?

Velcro straps... not for me, but I don't hate them.
Edit: well, maybe the white one a little....

Re: Non CW of the Day
Hey Chif, hope you are well.
That Supermarine is just a stunning watch. I love my green as you know and although we've had them for a while, they seem to look even better with time! The bracelet never gets old and the watch itself just quietly does it's thing.
What a great buy it was, glad I followed my instincts on the new Bremont range.......now for a closer inspection of the new altitudes.
Take care
Pat

Re: Non CW of the Day
The white is particularly gaudy and not really befitting such an iconic and classy watch. But I somewhat like it as a result!

It's a happy lion thingy , Guy, but I have no ideas about it's significance. I was sorely tempted to make up a silly explanation just for your entertainmentBahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Sat May 10, 2025 11:43 amThe dial on the Bulova is wonderful. What, please, is the logo/design/motif on the first centre link of the bracelet, Dan?

I did originally take it off, but the area of the bracelet underneath looked jarringly new compared to the rest of the bracelet, so I put it back ... Thought about replacing it with a GPF nubby, but there is more than enough GPF pumped into the design already.... Now that you pointed out it's prominence, I'm realizing it could be a perfect opportunity for the electro etching of a dragon symbol. Thank you!!
Top of the minute to you all,
Dan

I just picked up the white dial Speedy Pro and after this post think I might need to buy an overpriced white velco to go with it, so…. thanks?timepieces_and_bags wrote: ↑Sun May 11, 2025 12:17 am In my infinite wisdom I sold all my Moonswatches and then spent some of that money on overpriced Velcro Omega straps to make the Speedy Pro look like a Moonswatch…?
