What a great design! Perfect dimensions. The way the hour hand just about kisses the matching indices, and the way the minute hand perfectly covers themtikkathree wrote: ↑Thu Mar 20, 2025 6:07 pm I'm admitting to new watch fever: I can't talk it off!![]()

Re: Non CW of the Day
Ok, so I'm not happy at all with this!
I mean here you are, showing us just a photo of a gorgeous and unusual time gage..., and that's it! No other information, not even a logo on the dial? I for one demand to know more about it!
Hope you understand my jocular tone above, but seriously, a brief description would be helpful and appreciated, at least by myself.

It's a funky, new British brand; can't remember who though.Greatpotfarm wrote:Ok, so I'm not happy at all with this!

Iain’s Law: Any discussion on the Christopher Ward forum, irrespective of the thread title or subject matter, will eventually lead to someone mentioning the Bel Canto if the thread continues for long enough.

It's one of the Isotope Mercury lineup, but hopefully @foxes1884 can tell us more and share some more pics?Greatpotfarm wrote: ↑Fri Mar 21, 2025 6:21 amOk, so I'm not happy at all with this!

I think this watch looks like a million dollars. Refined, eye catching, unique. I'd love to own one but would settle for now for seeing a few more wrist shots

I love the minimalist art deco look and although plain the colour changes of the face under different light conditions keeps it interesting.
It takes inspiration from the American Mercury Train, Mercury (the metal) and Mercury the Roman god of good fortune.
I personally like how the hands combine once an hour to form a laurel leaf.
