Another training session done.
The watch that started it all! My Garmin, purchased purely to track my training, calories and sleep. I needed help to get back on track after some personal turmoil and this watch helped in that process. Inadvertently it made me realise I am comfortable wearing a watch and then the mind drifted, opening the door to a new world of mechanical wonder.
I still can't decide if that's a good thing.
