Re: Non CW of the Day
Bought this watch for my Dad, for Christmas last year. His eyesight was failing as he had macular degeneration and glaucoma.
He wanted something easy to see and use. He asked me for advice and as he couldn’t get to the shops easily, we shopped online.
He picked this.
The Timex pic was nice and clear. Unfortunately, the hands are actually silver and vanish in the wrong light/angle. He couldn’t see them!
Today, I am wearing it to his funeral as he wanted me to have it.
Love you Dad and thanks for the watch.

@Thermexman
So sorry for your loss, Steve. Very fitting to wear it, and I’m sure you will treasure it.

Wearing this again…
I think I could wear this and the C12 for a long time, without getting bored, as both in their own different ways cover what I look for in a watch. Both would make the cut if I ever get around to reducing my collection to say a dozen for regular wear.

I wore it for 16 of 26 days recently on holiday. Plus 8 days for the C12Ti 40 and a couple of days with a Newmark 71.
