I got mine 'pre-owned' from a guy over on TZ-UK! I think the brand is Getat, only drawback is the onion crown that shreds the back of your hand!

I got mine off eBay. I detailed my little experiment with a larger size than I normally choose in this thread (clicky link).
A bit of digging suggests it originated from a source like this one (another clicky link).
