Once the doorman had let me in a lady asked me if I had an appointment! :shock:

No I was just passing and hadn’t thought about making an appointment to visit a shop and hadn’t done so on any of the numerous other occasions in the past eight years. :lol:

Turns out an appointment wasn’t required. I discovered that the person who I used to deal with had left the company earlier this year, so spoke to one of the other staff.
