Most obvious difference to me is bezel size , which changes the overall dimensions... The watch on the right is much more to my liking, mainly because of the narrower bezel, but also because of the complexity the date window frame adds. The integral noon marker as well...

A new lease on life for this Bulova pocket watch movement and dial... inside a modern stainless home.
Not to crazy about the redundant printing on the chapter ring... :-k
