Re: Non CW of the Day
Starting my workday off w/ a chrono..
For later this afternoon/evening, a La Carree..
Ebels are a lot like women that lack a lowcut dress that zips up the side..neither gets the love that they deserve..
Re: Non CW of the Day
This arrived at lunchtime. Bought it on a whim after getting an email with 25% off. I wasn’t that convinced at first, but it seems like quite a nice watch for the price!
Although I didn’t really like the brown leather strap, so put it on a spare CW blue strap

It is, frankly, the best Speedmaster.gaf1958 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 20, 2023 11:12 pm It’s the grail for me today. In some ways it’s like Pete’s Flightmaster above - it took me so long to find a decent one (it had been basically kept in a safe, unworn) that I occasionally pass it over in favour of something else, but I try not to do that too often as I love wearing it.
For those not familiar, it’s a Speedmaster Japan Racing LE. A real one, not a redialled lookalike. Currently on a Genteel racing deployant strap.

Haven't worn my Bremont S500 x Bamford LE for a while.
PS> I've got it on a black with blue stitching CW soft touch leather strap.

@Mabeco
That's intriguing. There are softer and less accentuated shades of Visitor Duneshore Calligraph, in the design of the case (or is it the other way around?).

Frankenwatch from spare parts...
200m case, hand wind movement, hand etched tribal manta dial, indexes with MOP inserts instead of lume.
I don't think the offset dial is me though..., yet. Maybe old dogs can learn new tricks...
