Time and money? I’ve spent most of mine on booze and women. The rest I just wasted…

Apologies for the slow response - not getting much free time to check in lately..monkeymax wrote: ↑Wed May 11, 2022 7:00 pm
How do you guys find this wears? Particularly compared to the Resolute? I have seen one online but felt the Resolute was a touch too small for my liking so am wondering if this would be the same...
I was working in an old barracks today, so this felt most appropriate!

Unfortunately, I don't have either a Resolute or a Bloxworth to compare it with, but I do have a Seiko Samurai which is probably similar in diameter and thickness to the Bloxworth.
So to contrast how the RZE Endeavour wears compared with the Samurai on a 7.5 inch wrist, I would say smaller ... way smaller. The Endeavour is very compact. IMO, for the pricepoint, the head of the watch is quite good, as is the bracelet itself, the fit between the two, however, is a little disappointing and I find the clasp a bit uncomfortable. The fit and finish is not in the same league as CW or EB but it's a cool tool-watch for the money. I would venture that if you are comfortable with a Bloxworth, the Endeavour would seem quite petite by comparison. Hope that helps. Happy to post some comparative pics to a separate thread or email you direct if you prefer?

I bought this beautiful watch from the Signature series from a friend from the USA a while ago. Actually, he didn't want to sell it, but I annoyed him for so long that he finally gave in.
The special features of this model are the carbon dial, which shimmers in different colors depending on the light, and the bracelet links with carbon inlays.

Re: Non CW of the Day
A limited edition Gemini Speedy for a limited edition daughters’ birthday (number three of only four of them). Just to clarify, that was for me to wear, not as her present. It’s the oldest one who’d love this watch as a present, not the birthday girl…

Iain’s Law: Any discussion on the Christopher Ward forum, irrespective of the thread title or subject matter, will eventually lead to someone mentioning the Bel Canto if the thread continues for long enough.
