IIrc it was a ltd ed to celebrate Bond wearing an Omega again in the film Spectre, the dial and second hand are based on the Bond family coat of arms.
I'm not 100% sure how accurate my description is as I'm not bond fan at all but just happen to really like the design of the watch and did a bit of research a while ago. Im sure StrapMeister will be along to correct me or fill in the detail. 🙂

Speedy Saturday…

Interesting parallax error. With the camera off to the left the chronograph seconds hand looks to be out by about 0.1 seconds. It is actually lined up perfectly when viewed from above.
