I was thinking precisely the same thing. I love the Bloxworth, and that one is very nice. Still, it's built to be able to handle a little turbulence and is by no means a safe queen.Dickchins wrote: ↑Sat Mar 05, 2022 4:03 pmBahnstormer_vRS wrote: ↑Sat Mar 05, 2022 3:54 pm Something I won't mind if I scuff it on the lower arm cuff of my crutches.

I love the fact that your "gardening" and "crutches" watches would end up pretty high up the food chain in my collection Guy. Thats a really nice watch.
Always makes me smile when you post stuff like that!!!!

Re: Non CW of the Day
It will be a week tomorrow with the Frankenstein. I like testing my builds for a week or so to see how the movement is performing and if further regulation is required. Running about + or - 0.5spd so far, so I think it's time to move back into normal rotatation mode and wear my other watches again.
Best regards,
John

Re: Non CW of the Day
Blue dial week. Day 7. My favourite blue dial watch.
Bought 7 years ago. Doesn’t time fly. At the time it seemed to be a case of trying on a range of SS Rolex in an AD and just deciding which was favourite and buying it. I picked this in preference to the usual suspects. I guess that confirms I prefer it to the likes of Submariner, Sea-Dweller, GMT, YM, Exp2(42mm) or Exp(39mm).
Oh and preowned models cost less than RRP. How times change and not for the better.
An ever changing shade of blue.
