Those of you who are attentive will now think: wait a minute - he has already posted the watch. True and wrong again.

This is a "new" watch that arrived today from the US. The identical one I had before went back to its previous owner in the US. My friend sold himself to me in 2019 and always regretted it as it was his first watch, bought when he immigrated to the US 8 years ago.

He recently wrote to me and asked if I wanted to sell HIS watch to him again. Of course I didn't want to do that without having an adequate replacement. As luck would have it, a week later the same model appeared on Ebay from a dealer in the US. Then my friend bought it.
And now the most absurd thing you can think of: We sent each other the clocks back and forth

Now my friend has HIS original watch back and I didn't have to go without it either.

Only watch freaks can be that crazy

Thought I'd go w/ something that's a little on the square side of things to start the day off...a 1911 LaCaree.. And a Macau for later this afternoon/evening..
