I ordered it like this from Damasko (through Greg watchmann.com, who was super helpful). The customization is the red chronograph hands and no outside AR.

Most Damasko parts are interchangeable to some degree. People have replaced the sword hands for straight hands, used 1-11 bezels on watches that retail with 5-55 bezels, etc. There are a couple threads on WatchUSeek showing custom orders.

The process was pretty easy. Took about five weeks and didn’t cost much more than retail (price depends on what all you’re customizing, but they were very transparent on option costs).

Did Greg’s shop get the parts and do the work, or did it come from Damasko like that? I had Greg service my DC67 Si and it was done correctly and very fairly priced (I think $90 to fix a bad rotor bearing). I trust his watchmaker(s) 100% to do anything now.

The order window closed after 10 minutes on the 21st of May 2021. I was lucky enough to complete my order in that time. Confirmation came quickly, and then the shipping update. Being later in the order queue I was slated a later delivery date. Shipping confirmation was my early Christmas gift; notice arrived on the Eve. And now, in January, I have my newest watch on wrist: Toki, by Hajime Asaoka.

Come like this from Damasko. Glad I bought from Watchmann though, because the chrono seconds needed work within a few months (kept missing 12 on reset). Watchmann was a super quick and easy repair under warranty.
