Brilliant on that strap Andrew!
Thanks!
UPDATE though...
I’ve enjoyed wearing the SNK809 on a NATO so much this week that I decided to swap out the leather for a Bond NATO on the Sea Urchin. The slightly smaller width of the NATO is my little nod to 007.
I know it's been a long time since i've visited, but a small box appeared from the fedex truck today that made me decide to stop by and say "hi" and "looky what i found?"
i've been wanting to try a Doxa for a long time and finally just jumped on an opportunity that presented itself to buy a clean used watch from a trusted source.

This is a great post to make a return with. And it’s nice to see someone else from Northern Virginia!
Picked this one up in a small shop as a NOS valjoux 7733 from the 70s.
I suppose the brand is one of those batch orders but don’t have any information.
Anyone knows this brand reporter?

Not a brand I’ve heard of, but that’s a pearler (sorry for the Australianism there: pearler=great/fabulous).
Some of the independent brands that used various hand wound or automatic chronograph movements are every bit as nice as the the brand names produced. And to repeat myself, that’s a beauty.
