Non CW of the Day
Re: Non CW of the Day
Love it to bits In fact, I've just bought one of my grail watches and will have to sell a good chunk of my collection to fund it and this is one I'll probably hang on to.IRBilldozer wrote:How do you like this one mate? Love this watch, but SO difficult to photograph and show the true dark blue dial colour!
Edit: Clarky's pic of the same watch (earlier today) brilliantly shows the colour
Small collection of timepieces that I enjoy

Re: Non CW of the Day
Richard, I have a question about your Sinn. It's about Sinn's special antireflective crystal coating. It is tough enough? I heard some guys have problem with it - very easy to scratch. How about yours?downer wrote:Started the day with a Sinn.
Watch out :)
Re: Non CW of the Day
I have two Sinns - the 358 and a recently purchased UX. So far, I have not noticed any external scratches on the AR surface of either of them - although to be honest, I do tend to take care of my watches and avoid bashing them whenever possible.v8power wrote:Richrd, I have a question about your Sinn. The crystal on this 358 is particularly vulnerable because it is domed, and sits 2 or 3mm proud of the bezel.
I am not sure if the AR is the same on both, but the UX is far more prone to fingerprints and smearing than the 358.
I think, pound for pound, the build quality of Sinn is right up there.
