Yet another stunning watch, may I enquire how many you have in your collection? You seem to continuously post pictures of amazing watches. Love the Tissot and the Omegas you have posted recently. It seems we have similar tastes, though I think your collection is a little (lot) more developed quality and budget wise than mine.

I’d been looking for one of these for years, but usually when I found a nice one, it always seemed to be the smaller 36mm size (this is the less commonly seen 38mm) or the condition wasn’t up to my (admittedly close to unrealistic) standards. This one looks almost new after a recent Omega service and is the larger size, with my preferred style of sword hands (vs the Mercedes handset). It also has the original box and papers...

I finally got hold of a new bracelet link so that it sits more comfortably on my wrist than it did before. It might get more wrist time now...

That is a great looking Seamaster, and like you, I really like the handset.
Time and money? I’ve spent most of mine on booze and women. The rest I just wasted…

Thanks, it’s taken quite a while to get there. I did a census recently and I’m just shy of 150. :| That is many, many more than I’d thought I owned and I’d seriously like to get back to (at least) double digits, but I don’t see it happening until late this year...

Thanks; it took many years to find one I liked, albeit at a price I didn’t really like, but still... :)

Ebels are a lot like women that lack a lowcut dress that zips up the side..neither gets the love that they deserve..

Gary to help you reduce the collection I would be happy to take that Seamaster off your hands. :)

95% of current model Omega’s do nothing for me. The old stuff though is a different matter.

....and nothing wrong with that - Seiko are great value for money and make up the bulk of my collection....!!!

Yep I agree!

The hobby would have been far easier and no less interesting had I just stuck to Seiko and Rolex, plus a couple of left field choices. :)
