That looks a stunning watch, is it as good as it looks?, I've looked at several Steinhart watches, but I've either missed them or no stock, one will come eventually.

The strap is fairly vintage too, well at least 25 years old. Its a Hirsch, but obviously an outdated model. I also have a black version on an old Seiko. I remember buying them back then and thinking how cool and stylish they looked. How come the strap looks like you cut off the bits below the lugs and stuck a plainer section on?
