Once you see a 40£ watch with SEL bracelet, sapphire, 28800 bph hack/handwind movement and incredibly well made case you wonder why did you spend 10 times more on something similar.
Ladies and gentlemen - Starking.
Unbelievable.

It does seem like a lot of watch for the money. The polished handset looks a bit GS too, which is a good thing.

I thought you may have been giving something else a weekend outing.
This one yesterday afternoon and again today.
An AD I was chatting to yesterday remarked that it was in very good condition and how he generally preferred the old to the new version. He was though wearing a BLNR and I think relieved I didn’t become the 12th customer that day to ask for a BLNR, BLRO or Hulk etc.

Ah just looked up that Suunto compass. Will it clip ok on a bracelet, or does it need to be a thin rubber strap or Nato?
Thanks.

#SeikoSolarSaturday today.
Decided my Tuna Solar needed charging up, before it stopped, as it usually sits in the dark in a watch box in a wardrobe.
Mind you, there's naff all sun around today to charge it up.

I think it will. I have had it on a 22mm CW strap (a mesh strap, but don’t know is that the proper name for it)
