Look good, but almost too good for the 'beach'.
Bond NATO is fine except you need PVD fittings (not polished S/S).
Enjoy.

New in yesterday. Sottomarino Italia Instrumento (now how did they think of that name?).
Got to keep track of my speed today! Interesting design with no lugs to speak of; which disguises its size nicely. A really solid, substantial piece.

Yeah the shiny S/S doesn't totally match, so I've put it on an Isofrane strap and will see how that feels after a few days wear (the stock rubber strap smells a bit chemically). Although, I'm not sure about using a strap that costs more than the watch lol so I'll have to look at getting a NATO with PVD hardware. Maybe all black, as it seems to match better.
Your Instrumento looks nice on the brown leather. Not too big looking!

Yup; dead chuncky. 24mm lug width and 5mm of stout but supple (if that's possible) solid leather; no cheap padding.
Switched for the afternoon from a Driving watch to a Diving watch; another solid chunky timepiece.
Sottomarino Siluor, 47mm, Quartz Miyota Chrono movement, Sapphire Crystal 200m, WR (not sure I'll be testing it).

Trying out a new blue Di Modell Jumbo on my Breitling. Quite pleased with it. (I'll have to take another photo when the weather's lighter as the colour hasn't come out that well.)

A very Panerai (esque) looking take on the Sottomarino watch. How do you find the crown guard - annoying or helpful?
