This today on the very comfy camo strap that has arrived thanks to a thoroughly decent forumite. The ranger seems to work with so many straps but it feels really at home with this one.

Macro shots do some watches no favours. Fortunately I think that GS pass the test.

Ebel's 1911 LaCaree to start the day off..
You do have a wonderful and varied collection of Ebels, they are quite an eclectic mix. I do like the display casebacks most of them seem to possess too.

Afternoon(or morning ?) Patrick..thanx for the kind words!!..yes, it seems as if Ebel had quite a good thing going for themselves up into the late 90's and even the early 2000's(the sound of that just makes me feel old!!)..in their heyday, they were just about as popular as Omega was then w/ the general watch purchasing populace..then the heir to the company made some very bad investments and had to sell the company for a song...and it has changed hands again..it has never recovered, which I think is a large loss for the WIS community, as well the general public..oh, well..btw, I like what I've seen of your collection...
Ebels are a lot like women that lack a lowcut dress that zips up the side..neither gets the love that they deserve..
