Yep remnants of snow Guy. Pic taken about 10 miles from the one I took yesterday.
Temperature yesterday about 14c in the Sun. Today with wind chill a few thousand feet higher about minus 3c.

I think it means they realise that customers for ice cream will be rather thin on the ground at the moment. I only saw a few children eating the ice cream. Therefore they will happily sell you a bag of potato crisps or a warming cup of soup.
