^^^ The superb AR on it frequently makes the dial, or at least part of it look blue.

I would have bet money that it was blue. As you say it's the AR or the bright sun or the angle against the light.The bottom part of the dial looks a lovely dark shade of blue.

I’ve made the same mistake in the past when Gary has put a pic of that watch up, for all money it looks a blue dial in some of the pics
