Electric blue SMP today.

Spent the evening with the guys from Zodiac watches in Soho, London, courtesy of Page and Cooper.

Had to wear something appropriate, Zodiac Grand Rally on Martu Gloss Black strap.

Glad I'm not alone in my will power breaking in the face of a green goddess! I think you'll be happy with it, especially with all the sun you have down there, it "pops" in the sunshine.

Good to know! I waited and waited, to be sure I was not jumping the gun on it, finally bought it and now I’m waiting patiently for it to arrive.

Interesting way to wear your NATO, Frank.

It will hold the watch if a spring bar fails but won't, in principal, prevent the watch sliding off the strap when hung on a hook by the clasp (in the manner that pilots would hang their watches up with their flying clothes).

thanks! and yes, late 60s/early 70s. there's no real way to date most these any more beyond a range, unless you have original paperwork. or unless it was one of the early variants that had some differences.
