Like that combo. What is going on with the bottom left lug? Is that part of the dehumidifying system?
Yes, that is the drying capsule/indicator..
Sinn wrote:1. The drying capsule
The drying capsule is the most important part of the Ar-Dehumidifying Technology. The capsule is filled with copper sulfate; this absorbs moisture from the air inside the case and binds it permanently. Copper sulfate turns increasingly blue as its water content rises; the shade serves as an indicator of the drying capsule's level of saturation (see diagram). The capsule features a small viewing window of sapphire crystal glass for this purpose.
So presumably you need to replace this when saturated? Is it a DIY job or back to Sinn?
EDIT: Sorry, forgot to mention what a stunning combo the nubuck strap and Sinn watch are

If it becomes saturated, it would indicate a problem with the water resistance of the watch (which is why it's visible), so yes, a return to Sinn to a) repair the damage, b) renew the seals, c) replace the drying capsule, d) refill with inert gas to remove the air and e) relieve the owner of a nice wedge of hard-earned cash...
