That looks splendid Steve, with an interesting choice of strap (which is likely worth somewhat more than the watch; although that isn't really the point).welshlad wrote:First outing for my latest acquisition, courtesy of missF's charity auction...

Lazy day today. May watch the LFC game In a bit - but may just sit outside...

glad you're enjoying a bit of ish-time

watching you fail in your quest for a “one watch” has been great entertainment

Ferg, I am really liking this watch. It's the sunray dial I think that really makes this watch and the ice blue colour that you get in certain lights. It's a great size at 40mm and has a nice display back too.MiniMpi wrote:How are you finding the Presage Patrick ?Thegreyman wrote:Presage again, have put on my slimline FLE strap with Bader for now and a big improvement![]()
It's a stunning dial, a real looker
It's a really versatile watch too which could equally be formal wear with a black strap perhaps or dressed down with a perlon or other brighter coloured strap.
The only negative is that the oem patent black leather strap is not very nice hence I have it on the C5 FLE strap just now. I recall Greg (@golfjunky) has also swapped the strap on his. For about £250 it's a real bargain.

Thanks for taking the time to reply Patrick
I am drawn to one.......
Very like the Bulova Moon Watch so in that the first thing you do is change the strap.

Re: Non CW of the Day
Yes. It defo needs a strap change. So far black perlon, black leather and grey leather have worked best. Waiting on fake Omega black leather from eBay to try also. Got a wedding on 6/1/18 so not sure what strap to take yet.
