It's just a dial I liked Patrick.Thegreyman wrote:Looks very nice Gary, did you add the "graph paper" pattern mod to the dial and if so what inspired that? Were you an ace mathematician in your day?!
Ace coder and designer maybe, mathematician most certainly not...

It's this bracelet guys, from Watchgecko:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/Oyster-Geckota ... B01EG4A9DS
It does not have solid end links, it is a bit rattly and the clasp isn't great, but for the money it's just fine.
I notice now though that the ones offered on the Watchgecko website itself seem to be new and improved, with a better clasp design and different endlinks - but the price has risen accordingly....
https://www.watchgecko.com/super-oyster ... -strap.php
Still good value for money I would argue!

Yes, thanks for the info. I like the look of the newer version but it's quite pricey... Still looking for that elusive bargain!gaf1958 wrote:Cheers!Camberwell wrote:It's this bracelet guys, from Watchgecko

Re: Non CW of the Day
No problem! I should also mention that I had to open out the endlinks in order to get the springbars to seat properly - from looking at the pictures of the newer version, I'm not sure if you would be able to do that sufficiently.Chris_G wrote:Yes, thanks for the info. I was also looking for something affordable with solid endlinks but gave up in the end. I wasn't willing to spend nearly as much again as I paid for the watch. The older Watchgecko version is definitely worth a punt at 28 quid to at least get the look, and even though it is a bit rattly, that is compared to much more expensive bracelets and it is still better than many others I have tried at twice the price. Good luck with the hunt!
