Re: Non-CW of the Day
Nicolas, you disgust me. You own many fine watches, most of which I can't afford, and you show off pictures, most of which I couldn't take, in cool situations, most of which I wouldn't risk.
Now you show off a cool and desirable Swatch watch. How do you manage it?! I hate you.

I love this Swatch, one of the nicest ever made (IMHO).
For today :

Re: Non-CW of the Day
tis a silly one today, mentioned this in passing the other day in another thread and got me to thinking where it might be and if it still worked. Bit of a search found it in the bottom of a 'junk' drawer along with its charger, quick dose of electricity and bingo...IT LIVES!!
now it's party trick
Lume shot No.1
and lume part 2!
now wondering ,should it go back in the drawer....?

Bought this last week, bit of a change for me, but loving it so far. April 1976, hardly a mark on it.

This one today. Really like the look of it on the Hirsch strap. May be I should try one with red stiching as well....

My white Alpha GMT says hi. It's on a jubilee right now, but the Nato is calling. I think I'll have to put it back on there for the summer.ianblyth wrote:Sterile Parnis as a Explorer GMT homage

This Speedy sandwich today. This watch is proving to be more versatile than I ever expected and is now one of my most worn pieces. It's a smasher!

Thanks KipKip wrote:Very nice Wittnauer scooter...love that dial!
Despite initially being slightly unsure of its 23mm size, the Wittnauer gets a lot of wrist time.

Lovely piece. Pictures like yours really show the speedie in all its glory. It is a shame they are not a touch larger as I would have one in my collection by now.
