I can't get on with the velcro strap myself but I think they are really practical and a great match for the Bremont.
I gotta say, Pete, it's great to see your Bremont u-turn, having finally sipped the Kool-Aid!

I tried to gas gas bones on the speedy but it was not flexible and therefore uncomfy. After Neil took the tag off it when I sold it to him I thought maybe that was what was making it less flexible. After selling my uncomfy Bremont strap and clasp I figured I'd put half the money into another Bremont strap incase I might want to sell the watch one day.
The thing is velcro straps are far and away the most comfortable strap you can buy but the problem with gas gas bones is the material they use is too thick, the ends of the fabric are doubled over meaning it doesn't stick to the velcro too well and the material is very hard and abrasive so its starting to rub against my hand causing a bit of ache.
Il stick with it for a bit and hope it gets more pliable. It's part of the Bremont look after all. I've most cerltainly drunk the cool aid. Always wanted a Bremont solo 37 but the prices of Bremont are coffee spitting. Just need a sales price to tempt me in. Not a fan boy but now I've ticked so many collecting boxes there's not much left to buy....then Bremont popped up, I want another but really as a way out watch (yeah right)
I miss all the great things that may never be.
