That's very smart James, is that the Maratac? I've been looking for a black/yellow strap for my yellow faced C600 IPY...I've looked long and hard and found something from a fairly obscure source...I'll post some pics when it arrives.

Re: Non CW of the Day
Bernie, it's probably a familiar story of buying quite a few watches that catch your eye and before you realise it you have way too many. You then sell the ones you feel least attached too, despite inevitably still liking them. I'd had the RW for some time so let it go but it was a nice watch. This was it:tempusmaximus wrote:Thanks Patrick . Was you not wearing it as much as some of your other watches ? I find I don't wear dress watches as much as I once did , so this could be up for sale at some point in the future . At the moment though I'm enjoying wearing it today , fairly good quality RW and its a nice slim comfortable watch .Thegreyman wrote: like that Bernie It reminds me of my white faced RW that I sold not that long ago. That's the problem with this game, you can't have 'em all so you end up selling something to try and balance the books and often regret it.

Congratulations Guy on your new Steiny Ocean 1 Titanium, I remember when these came out last summer iirc, very sought after. It's a very nice watch and not at all like a Rolex homage which I know puts some people off a few of their models.Bahnstormer_vRS wrote:Guy

I had been thinking of getting a regular Ocean One, but baulked on its similarity to a Sub. The Titanium has several original design features that makes it different enough to get.
Feel good on the wrist too. The titanium is so warm, not cold like steel.

Considering the physical similarities e.g. case, bezel, crown the Ocean Ti and GMT Pepsi actually have many differences. All good by the way.
