The Steinhart was very interesting but the simplicity of the Bremont and the excellent strap definitely get non CW of the day in my humble opinion.

Agreed. I like that strap very much. Looks like a nice texture.asqwerth wrote:downer wrote:White Solo today - on a new "nubuck" strap.
Very nice, especially on strap.
One more paycheck, and I should have enough to get my own. Then, I'll just have to wait for my AD. The 43mm is in, but the 37mm doesn't come for another 2 weeks or so. The anticipation is building.

I'm intrigued to see which version you end up getting. What is the lug width on the 37mm?Peteo wrote:

Unfortunately, I don't know what the lug width is. In fact, if you Google "Lug Width White Solo," the number one result is another thread from this forum where we were wondering the same thing.downer wrote:I'm intrigued to see which version you end up getting. I tried on the black 43 the last time I was at my AD, and it seemed okay to me. I really hope I still feel that way. One of the reasons that I don't wear my 38mm C5 much anymore is because it feels too small (even though I realize that many would say that it's the right size for my wrist). If only there were a 40mm option, that would be perfect for me, I think.
