Re: Non CW of the Day
Much better on the BoR bracelet

But I might get one of those French NDC straps for some other watches.

Re: Non CW of the Day
After wearing the ton weight that is the Seiko turtle I thought I'd go back to bracelet on this one and it wears really nice. I like it on a pheonix nato too though.
I don't wear the EO Marine Nationale strap on anything now. It's a good strap but doesn't wear as nice as a nato.
I miss all the great things that may never be.

Id like to get one of those DOXAs but I'm not sure how versatile it would be.

Yep. Grasmere in a few weeks time. We normally stay in Elterwater, but thought we would try somewhere different this time, as I need to tick off a few more different Wainwrights, rather than doing the same ones again, just because I like them.Thermexman wrote:Planning a visit to the lakes?nbg wrote:^^^^ Starting the day with something similar.

Lovely. Grasmere is one of my favourite villages. My Mum in Law used to own an apartment, halfway between Bowness and Windermere village. We've probably been up to the Lakes every year for the last 35+.nbg wrote:Yep. Grasmere in a few weeks time.
