That's a classic Tag Heuer TM from the companies better times. Try a ceramic writing pen (a pen for decorating bowls etc) to fill in the bezel numbers. Works really well. (but the patina is cool too)tempusmaximus wrote:This one today .

Thanks DM , I was going to do that , but I prefer it has it is , I will let the other numerals fade . I do prefer this over the Aquaracer and F1 .Dancematt wrote:Try a ceramic writing pen (a pen for decorating bowls etc) to fill in the bezel numbers. Works really well. (but the patina is cool too)

Of that era I agree. Your version and the chrono represent the peak of the Link's timeline but as time moved on and. The link got Roman numerals, a polished bezel and other things and the F1 got that dodgy 'autavia' style case, the aquaracer has slowly reached the top. Now the 2017 Link is some sort of god knows what.tempusmaximus wrote:Thanks DM , I was going to do that , but I prefer it has it is , I will let the other numerals fade . I miss my SARB 035 and I would be interested to know if you have you owned this version how would you think they differ.

The SDGM, externally, is 90% of a Grand Seiko I'd say.
