Kamado grill/smoker is here and assembled. New Ventus Mori is still on my wrist. Headed out to get hamburger for tonight's quick grill and to see what looks good at the store for tomorrow's first smoke. Thinking of keeping it simple and doing some chicken. Maybe I'll pull the small brisket I have in the freezer out, too.
