Interesting strap, Aifo. Is that metal or just leather with metallic finish?

Hi asqwerth. It is all metal/stainless steel or known as "armadillo bracelet" :) It wears like a mesh and very comfortable indeed.

I know, I know!

Actually, this could easily be the perfect 1 watch.

Part of the reason for the irregular use is the date setting.

Due to the methodology of using the hour hand to set the date, if the date is more than a few days out, I am always reluctant to "stress" the movement by moving the hour hand through huge rotations of multiple days. I therefore tend to wait until the date is near and then set it.
