Abso-bloody-lutely! reminds me why I first got into watches. The joy a beautiful bit of wrist candy can bring without costing the earth. Such excellent value. Very early days but so far I'm loving it. Even love th strap which others have moaned about. I think it super comfortable and really amazing quality

Yeah, the strap's great. I hadn't heard of people disliking it? It's good quality I think. I've got the silver bezel version of the watch. Bought the one off Josh from WIAA, the actual one he reviewed. As you aptly describe it, it's wrist candy and I particularly like that it references my birth year!

took a **** Air Force fighter pilot for a ride today, so had to wear something appropriate!
...should have gotten a cockpit shot but figured he'd think me quite weird to be taking photos of my watch

Mine's been on the original strap since I bought it and I find it suits the watch nicely and is also very comfortable. No idea why anyone would complain about it. I prefer my 1963 to it's automatic 1970 sibling, even though it was the 1970 that first caught my eye.

Lew and Huey Orthos this morning. Very much a Planet Ocean homage, but I like it.

^^ Thanks! When I bought it a while back I was tossing up between the green and a graduated red, but the green won out. I'm a sucker for a nice green dial. :)

The green also has the grey bezel, the red had black, so a little different there as well...

There don't seem to be any!

Thank you Richard, I'm liking it a lot, super legible, great colour, matte etc etc etc. It's scratching the tool watch itch very well, although a Pelagos is still in the back of my mind.
