Very nice, you've got it on that very versatile Hirsh Robby already?!...but no, it came on a Hirsch Andy....well his mate Robby would also look goodBahnstormer_vRS wrote:New arrival today.

Seems several forum members had their eye on this. Aren't I the lucky one.

Currently on a Paul. Don't yet have a 20mm Robby. Thinking the yellow stitching plus yellow cartouche might be a bit much.Thegreyman wrote:Very nice, you've got it on that very versatile Hirsh Robby already?!...but no, it came on a Hirsch Andy....well his mate Robby would also look goodBahnstormer_vRS wrote:New arrival today.

For a change am considering a yellow Senna, black top with carbon fibre pattern.
Alternatively, I've got a brown Heavy Calf or a RIOS 1931 Alligator pattern leather.

Re: Non CW of the Day
Size? Naturally its smaller than my other watches, but I wore my Tyneham today, 41mm, so the step down to the Oris at 38mn is not too much of a shock.smegwina wrote:Excellent!!! Looks bloody good Guy.Bahnstormer_vRS wrote:New arrival today.

How are you finding the size (looks fine to me) and what are your first impressions of a "mainstream Swiss" brand?

Sits really well on my wrist too. Quite a bit of its height comes from a deep case-back, sort of below the water-line, which nestles into a dip in my wrist very nicely.
Mainstream 'Swiss Manufacturer'? Could easily get used to it.
One thing is, that having been refurbished in 2013 Anthony (atnits) and Gary (gaf1958) have kept it in fantastic condition such that, had I not been told it is c.25 years old, I would never have known.
Finally, if every I have any problems, I've discovered that the Oris UK service agent is less than 10 miles up the road from me!
