Bit easier than that really Guy, I found a porcelain pen, dabbed a load of ink into the groves, waited for it to go tacky and rubbed off the excess. Tried it how it would originally look but these days it seems like overkill to me so I scratched out the circles and just left the inner logo:

Il buy a reluming kit for the 12 o"clock icon I think. Loving this watch right now. I've since tried washing the black ink out but it wont budge with just water
I miss all the great things that may never be.
