I have to say, and I'm slightly biased, that the black is the one to stick with:nordwulf wrote:I wasn't sure which one I would like better.. the Propilot date with black dial or the grey sunray dial.. so I got the grey one as well. Now I have to decide which one to keep. Both have their own personality, are so similar but still so different..![]()

The grey looks a bit dull

The grey dial was taken under flat office light. But yes, it is a bit more subtle than the black dial which has quite a bit more contrast between the black dial and white hands. The grey dial has polished hands which also makes them a bit less visible.
The kind of strap also makes a difference. The black is like a dial you would find in a cockpit. Pure functional. The grey dial is a but more classy and the polished bezel gives it an upscale look.

Thanks. Just paid over the odds for the khaki one due to poor exchange rate but I am thinking it will look great on my Bremont and looks nice and thin, current NATO I have on my PADI sticks out loads on the overlap.nordwulf wrote:Premium Nato from Crown & Buckle, still my favorite nato strap.watchstudent wrote:Like be that grey dial!
