Like the look of this dial, I've been looking at the 420333S. Does it have a quickset date? I've seen on the movement that it says Date calendar of instant action. It'sAliveJim wrote:Arrived while I was on holiday – Amphibian SE 670

Yes, it's a Russian quickset – wind it past midnight to 2, then back to 10, then forward to 2, and repeat.neil8fletcher3 wrote:Does it have a quickset date? I've seen on the movement that it says Date calendar of instant action. It'sAliveJim wrote:Arrived while I was on holiday – Amphibian SE 670
The worse is when you pick it up to wear that day and the date is 2 but the actual date is 31

Thanks I wasn't aware of that issue I thought quickset would be a bit quicker... Can see why people have said to look at a no date oneIt'sAliveJim wrote:Yes, it's a Russian quickset – wind it past midnight to 2, then back to 10, then forward to 2, and repeat.neil8fletcher3 wrote:Does it have a quickset date? How many times in a month are you going to have to adjust it? It's really not that much of problem.neil8fletcher3 wrote:
