Plenty of choice, so if you only have time to go to a couple I would start with WOS 155 Regent Street and the Watch Gallery in Selfridges Oxford Street, both have a stock of most of the top brands. You could also go down Bond Street where there are many individual brand boutiques and then for a look at preowned vintage the Burlington arcade.
