Switched to a honey brown leather strap for something more casual than the original black alligator:

I had an hour to kill in the jewellery quarter in Norwich yesterday, hadn't seen an Elliot Brown in the flesh before. The sparkly-thing "buy me, buy me" took some suppressing I don't mind saying.

I do mind. You should've got one.

Thing I like about the Canford is that it is a really rugged watch which can be smart casual with polished bezel, straight casual with brushed bezel or tool with gunmetal or black PVD case/bezel.

Plus, if you ask nicely, the good men at Elliot Brown (Ian & Alex) will build a custom version, or customise an existing version, for you.

NIce one Guy.
Thanks Graham.

Nice surprise is that, I ordered 2 x Camo NATOs from WatchGecko; a 20mm with PVD fittings listed @ 300mm (proper) length and a 22mm satin fittings listed @ 275mm, which I was nervous about being not long enough for my liking. :problem:

The 22mm came through @ 300mm as well. Result.

Very apt description.

. . . . but my tank, albeit the soft track version, will be bigger than your tank. :silent:

Oh well I couldn't just buy at full retail without researching t'internet first, could I? Especially not in quartz that'd just seem...... normal member of the public behaviour :P

Maybe on some future occ I could show serious interest in an auto.

Trying the BBR on leather for the first time today. It makes a nice change from the bracelet so far!
