Stunning mate ;)
I must say I've always had a thing for Longines.
I visited Kildare Outlet Village in Dublin yesterday as we were up that way and I called into a watch shop there.
Nice selection of watches but even nicer selection of Longines.
Just had a quick look but some beauties there including some column wheel chronograph models.
I was always sceptical of these outlet centres as I assumed they actually put up their prices more than reduce them but these were very reasonable indeed.
I didn't take note of the prices but one that caught my eye was the Longines Column-Wheel Chronograph L2.750.4.96.0
A beautiful panda dial, black dial white sub dials and rose gold hands.

Thanks Ferg

I love the Longines column wheel collection but the price rises quite steeply, and I can't get my head around the date window placement. I'd rather they left it off altogether as to me it looks like an afterthought: "Now, where can we squeeze the date window in?"

Still a looker though :D

It was a bit of a bargain and I've ordered a vintage jubilee bracelet for it. Mini write up will follow this week :D

EDIT: Doh! It's not a tuning fork – that was the olden days.

Interesting Bulova, IAJ. Kinda makes me think of a smaller scale Kobold.

Finally getting back to the rotation after two weeks with the U1.

Been away for a couple of weeks and found this waiting for me at home. I think this could actually become a "beater" for me, I like it and it's as cheap as chips, so to speak...
