Keep trying to find a different one with subtle red accents but not much about. Asked Meranom for a black date wheel too, maybe he says. the mods continue!
I miss all the great things that may never be.

Another great Aqua Terra photo! They're a watch that looks good in reality and in photos, and that's a good one...
^^ Thanks Gary. Its actually a very tricky watch to photograph, was just fortunate with the lighting
Small collection of timepieces that I enjoy

^^^ Do you know what the best thing is about this watch (it has lots of great things to like by the way)?
The 2 o'clock crown that controls the internal bezel is a screw-down crown. Ok, it's more waterproof that way, but most importantly, it keeps the bezel at exactly the spot I set it to!!

Old pic.

I think generally I prefer rectangular cases to squares, although I love my Nomos Tetra2. When the watch is narrower along the X-axis, it doesn't look oversized even if it's as long as your wrist.

ADDED: my Gruen Curvex is even longer but it looks fine because it's a skinny rectangle.

PS. I'm wearing the Longines because it's on my current rotation list, not because of the Slimline2 debate! :)
