Any information on this would be appreciated in thinking circa 1970's (Longines S/S)

60's/70's Doctor's chronograph...possibly containing a Longines Cal.30CH chrono movement
The watch has a pulsations scale & a respirations scale. The doctor would simply start the chronograph and count 30 heartbeats and then stop the chronograph to see the person's heartbeats per minute on the red scale. The doctor could repeat the process and would only need to count 5 breaths to determine a person’s breaths per minute on the blue scale...i believe that it's fairly common to find Longines Doctors watches with the red pulsations scale but much more uncommon to find them with the blue respirations scale.

Thanks Andy for your help. The scale on the outside reads Base and does not appear to be a pulsation scale on( i have one .on my chronostop) The inner ring reads Telemetre as a normal chronograph

As a little aside, Rob, what are Watchismo like to deal with from the UK?

No problem, paid with PayPal, paid extra for tracked delivery option ( about £30) and it took a week all the way from sunny california.
Well packaged, no import duty, tracked on and delivered by RM.
