Appreciate the comments (and Gafs), but Downer, this is your fault - lol! :D

This all came from your thread on a similar(ish) Omega with iconic and having searched for that, much to my amazement, I came across this, which is a watch I had lusted after for some time and at a price that I have not seen bettered. Anyway, as I'm in the UK for a short visit, I collected it last Tuesday from a friend who has been babysitting for me, but I've been on the road since. I'll file a report on the watch after I arrive back in Thailand on Wednesday. Needless to say, it's back on the wrist today, but it will be tucked safely away for tomorrows flight!

One of my few remaining quartz watches, this one keeps hanging on, or rather I keep hanging to it.

Porsche Design by Eterna so brand loyalty.
Love the AR on the crystal. (what crystal?)
My two-tone Yellowdog: it works for me.

I should sell it but all of the above and it's a very easy read chrono with a twelve-hour subdial and lume, glorious lume

Won this in a Twitter competition, arrived today. It's a £250 Chrono with a Miyota OS20 in it. I'll use it as a casual beater as I quite like motorsport inspired watches. This one is inspired by a Baby Blue/Orange Le Mans winning Porsche and is all black to represent the 'night driving' aspect of the famous 24hr race. It's not bad, feels nice on the wrist and I like the colour detailing.

IIRC The gulf colours were originally dark blue and orange on a GT40 owned by Grady Davies.
They later got the powder blue paint and were called Mirages.
