Hmm ... couple of design elements just don't work with this one for me. First, why the h*%&# do manufacturers feel the need to label automatic on the dial? Honestly, what difference does that make (or COSC, or 'superlative chronometer officially certified', or any of a number of other self-indulgent phrases?) If it has to be there (which it doesn't) it should be under the logo up top. That would free up space at the bottom to actually make the date window useable --- say keeping the top where it is, and extending down to eliminate the 6 o'clock marker and at least 2-3 times as wide and tapered like the sides of the part circle.Aifo wrote:I Love this watch!! And the date window looks fine to me. Maybe you need new glasses?

Started dressed up on a cork strap
Met a local WIS to try on his Darth Tuna, and I'm so smitten by it that its going to be my next 'ultimate diver'
Very anti-AVO : Jumbo sized with a 48mm case, and mega thickness, and a 1000m diver, and QUARTZ
then went to work with my favorite purple shirt and a Hirsch Heritage
then went for dinner and drinks, and Mai Tais suck (should have just gotten a Long Island Ice Tea).
