But it was the white dial with silver hands. Has that model also been updated? I can only see PCLs on the Bond and Golf models.

That's cool, what functions does it have?
Key features are:
- Altimeter
- Barometric pressure & trend
- 3D compass
- Log: last 8 ascent / descent, max. altitude

It's fin made watch, that's main reason for me and of course it's collects glances 8)

I like that a great deal. It's the best looking digital watch I've seen in a very long time. (You can tell I'm being truthful because I actually want one now! And I haven't wanted a digital watch in ages! ) To me, it also looks like something a Bond villain would wear. It looks like it should control space lasers, or a volcano-based earthquake ray.

But all this talk on the other thread about Navitimers reminded of my old girl languishing in a drawer, so I dug her out to wear tonight!!

Sorry Guy, just noticed this.

I have had this old girl for years, she has travelled with me round the world, through uni, jobs, Flight school, travelling etc and despite apparently not being water proof has spent many hours sailing!!

At that age, I never appreciated her for what she was, used her daily for years, and am now a bit ashamed at what I have done her. (Missing bezel scratches, dinks etc)

It is amazing that she is still going after what I have put her through. A g shock would have struggled!

I now tend to go the other way, baby her, pop her in a draw and then forget about her!

I would love to get her a new bezel, but no luck so far.

She is lovely though!
