Both very classy and desirable
I've been drooling over vintage chronographs very recently of a similar look.
I miss all the great things that may never be.

And another thank you to you Ferg
It seems I made the right decision.
One thing I was worried about was the legibility with the silver hands on the silver background but they're beveled so always catch the light at a different angle and never disappear. Result!

Hand-winding Omega from 1952. Don't really know much more about it than that. It does look a bit like the early Seamasters, doesn't it?
